大阪の帰りに半日だけ京都に立ち寄り
清水寺から祇園、四条烏丸まで散策。13時過ぎに往訪
以前立ち寄った祇園の押し寿司(いづう、いづ重)を思い出しつつ
▼鯖寿司(2切れ) 840円
▼巻寿司(5切れ) 700円
▼穴子寿司(4切れ) 1230円
▼赤出汁x2 490円x2
▼合計 3750円
・お寿司は上記2件と比べて少し小ぶりだがそれがちょうどいい
・個人的にあまり好きではない巻き寿司もとても優しい味付けで３切れほど
・穴子は柔らかく甘すぎず。実山椒が乗っててこれやばいくらい美味かった
・鯖寿司も優しい。多少優しすぎるお酢加減も私には程よく
・赤出汁うまい。赤出汁好きだし、多少のクセはありなんだけど、こんなに優しい赤出汁はお初
・煎茶はしっかりとした香り、ほうじ茶も常温で優しい
・お店の方の対応も優しい。素晴らしい時間
