頂いたのは下記。
中瓶880円
日本酒熱燗一合 800円
鯖寿司2切 840円
鉄火巻 半分 1120円
押し寿司 半分 900円
蒸しすし 1200円ぐらいだったかな？
合計5670円なり
鯖寿司は半生っぽい浅〆がいい塩梅。
蒸寿司は穴子の旨味がまろやかな千鳥酢とが
上手く共鳴。鉄火巻もええマグロ使ってはります。
京すし中心でしたが次回は握りも戴きたいなと
