日曜日の12時に予約して訪問。お目当ては、京寿司セット若狭。若狭の京ちらしを冬だけの蒸し寿司に変えてもらい、大将と相談して穴子４切を追加。
最初は入替時間で空いていて、節分・お化け話を大将と色々できて愉しい時間。節分当日は，一日中恵方巻きを巻いていた大将…12時半頃には，予約と飛び込みで、カウンター含めて満席になりました。予約した方が安心。
軽くビールで喉を潤してから、若狭＋穴子寿司を実食。鯖寿司、旨旨。良い加減。穴子寿司、良い。追加して大正解。4切れ、ペロリ。蒸し寿司も、なんとも言えない心温かくなる逸品。蒸し寿司に変えてもらって、大正解。
満席になって、忙しく巻いている大将にご挨拶して、お会計。違う季節に又来たいお店でした。
