日本の伝統的な中華は、やはり「広東」でしょう。
きれいな店内でした。
「ぎをん」と言うには、少し無理がある場所ですね。東山通より東、知恩院入り口よりも北ですから。古川商店街の東です。
木村さんの大きな孔雀の壁画に囲まれて、家族たち、親戚、友人たちと、テーブルを囲む。
大皿の中華各種を、皆で取り合って、食べる。
こんな、平和で和やかな食卓が広がっていました。
コースは、夜で、3300円より、1100円刻みであます。
今回は、アラカルトで注文しました。
春巻きが、珍しい形です。皮が玉子が多く入ったクレープのようで、中にはシナチクが。あとは、八宝菜、ピーマン牛肉炒め（もっとちゃんとした名称ありますが）など。
どの品も、丁寧な料理でとても美味しくいただきました。
お隣のファミリーさん、個室の宴会に、エビのてんぷらが運ばれていました。
白くスキット立てて盛り付けてあっておいしそうでした。 ....次回に挑戦。
