相当前ですが娘が京都で中華食べ歩きをしてきて話を聞いてから行ってみたかったお店、地元の方に連れてきてもらいました。その方セレクトで京中華の代表的なメニューをいただきました。

お座敷に上がる芸妓さんたちが食べるのでニンニクやニラ、強い香辛料を使わないという京中華、まさにそういう優しい味でした。でも薄くはない、とてもいい塩梅。辛子醤油がよく合います。〆のからしそばはメニューにはありませんが特別に作ってくれました。初体験の味！
京都に来ると食べたいものが多すぎて2〜3日の滞在ではなかなか中華まで順番が回ってきません、その願いが叶った嬉しい夜でした。またおじゃましたいです。
