十日戎の帰り、予約しておいた【ぎをん森幸】さんに行きました
4人掛けのテーブル席へ
座敷もあるようですが、中は見えませんでした
弁当¥1200にしようかと思ったけど、えべっさんにお参りした時は少し良いランチを食べる、と昔決めていたのを思い出し、ミニコース¥2500を注文しました
まずは．蒸し鶏の葱ソースかけ
フワフワの蒸し鶏にしっかり塩味の効いた葱ソース
白ごはんが欲しくなります
蕪のポタージュスープ
これも塩味が効いています
熱々のスープが美味しい！
大根とほうれん草の春巻き
パリッパリに揚げた皮に、ほんのり旨味のある野菜の具
妻はソース無しで、私は少しマスタードとソースを付けて
牡蠣と季節野菜の炒め
小さめ牡蠣だけと味は濃厚
よく考えたら今シーズン初牡蠣でした
鱈のチリマヨネーズ
これ．美味い！！
旨みと辛さのバランスが良い！
白ごはん！欲しい！！
と思ってたら、シメのチャーハン登場
フンワリ柔らかいのにパラパラ！！
お腹がいっぱいになってきた妻から半分貰いましたが、もっと食べたい！！
デザートは、タピオカ入りココナッツミルク
これも美味しい！！
最後のデザートが美味しいと良いですのね！
ここで？？というようなのが出てきたらコース全体のイメージが悪くなりますから
他のお客さんはほとんどが弁当を食べてました
今度は弁当を食べてみます
12:45頃着いて、13:35ころ出ました
快晴で、店の前の白川がキラキラ光っていました
