鯖街道の終着点京都でこれを食べずに終われないやつ。
京都市内にいくつか鯖寿司をいただけるところはありますが、白ワインと一緒にいただけるので結局いつもこちらに。
うーん、ふわふわかつとろけるシャリと鯖、そしてフィニッシュのコリコリ昆布。
鯖寿司→白ワイン→昆布の無限ループ。
ここの鯖寿司を堪能するために朝ご飯スキップしたので、鯖寿司デフォルト4コは少し寂しい。個数も選べるとほんとに嬉しいのですが。あと以前は白ワインはミニボトルだったのがグラスになってたのが残念。値上げしてもいいからミニボトル残しておいてほしかったな。
今回の上洛も無事こちらでフィニッシュできました。
