This day was a day trip to Aichi.I came here as soon as I returned to Kyoto, where I live, after finishing business appointments in Nagoya and Komaki.I had a fun two-day Kyoto family Ramen tour with a senior reviewer, so I couldn't go due to my schedule. I headed to the restaurant. I ordered Iekei Ramen for 950 yen, seaweed for 150 yen, additional meat for 250 yen, and beer for 750 yen. I also asked for harder noodles. This reggae bar had a flag with Bob Marley on the wall. While I was listening to reggae music, I felt like I wanted to have a drink with my friends.As I was thinking about this, the beer was followed by a bowl of Ramen couldn't see the kitchen at all, but I was able to enjoy the soup at Sundou. I didn't think that the soup was made in-house.The soup was obviously not made in-house, but it was not very sweet and had a strong salty taste. I had a pretty good impression of this.It's a bar, so maybe the soup isn't too sweet, but this soup is delicious.Noodles: I couldn't confirm where the noodles were made, but they are made flat. The noodles were boiled just right. I'm not sure if they were hard or not, but they went well with the soup. Char siu - A well-shaped rose char siu. This is probably the char siu that I purchased. There was spinach in it. The seaweed was thick and black.
