金曜日なので、結構前から予約を入れての来店。
食べたいもの物は色々あったのだけど、内容が偏りそうだったので、お任せ4500円にした。
先付け
切り干し大根、とろろこぶの煮凝り、胡麻和え(蓮根、栗)、さつまいも。
どれも味がしっかり乗っていたので、お酒が進む。
お造り
まぐろ、さわら、つばす？(ぶりかな)、かんぱち、甘エビ、モンゴイカ、ヒラメ、スズキ、たい、たこ。
どれも天然物。三重県産が多い様だ(大将発言)
前菜？
いぶりがっこ、組み上げ湯葉。
さわら西京焼き
ちょっと硬めだった。結構漬け込んだのかな。
もう少しふっくらしたのが好み。
栗のいい蒸し
あっさり味の餡がかかってて美味しかった。
天ぷら(下仁田葱、牡蠣)

この揚げ方好き。
追加注文。
海老芋あんかけ小。
量的に食べられないのでそうだんしたら、小にしてくれた。嬉しい対応。
