1週間ほど前に電話予約するも、
予約で満席のため、席が空いたら電話してくださるとのことでお願いした。
当日、想定の時間より少し早い時間にお電話を頂き訪問。
頂いたのは下記の通り。
◎お造り盛り合わせ
マグロかと思うほど赤身が綺麗な鰹が印象的。
◎特製ポテトサラダ
「どうやったらこんなポテサラが美味しくなるだろうか」「じゃがいもそのものが違う？」と色々考察しながら酒のアテに頂く。めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
◎かもなす海老あんかけ
今回頂いたもののなかで1番美味。
訪問した際にあれば必ず注文することをオススメする。
当然器となっているかもなすも食べることができる。
◎はまぐりの酒蒸し
もはやスープ。〆も兼ねて日本酒と頂いた。相性抜群。
居酒屋なので賑わってはいるが、
綺麗な店内(現在全席禁煙)で美味しい料理を頂くことが出来た。
