そうだ、京都 行こう！ Vol.23
今日は、京都祇園祭 前祭の山鉾巡行の日。
結局、最後まで見てしまい、4時間も居た。
お昼はどこも混んでいると思い、一番広そうな、
がんこの本店へ来てみた。
入口には待ち人がたくさんいたが10程度で入店。
「鱧づくし御膳 2178円」をオーダー。
関西は、鱧がどこでもたべられるのが
とてもいいね。
カウンター越しに職人さんが、鱧をさばいており、
大きくてキレイな立派な鱧を見て、
これなら美味しいと食べる前にわかっちゃった。
鱧しゃぶは、最初に、万願寺とうがらしと玉ねぎを入れて火がとおったら、鱧を突入。
だんだん白く、膨らんできたら、出来上がり。
出汁でしゃぶったら間違いない美味しさだよね。
柚子胡椒ならぬ、みかん胡椒でピリッと辛味のアクセントも、これまたいいもんだ。
最初から来ていた、鱧の梅肉やワサビ醤油も
とても美味しい。
でも、ご飯のおかずではなく、酒のつまみだな。
今日も美味しくいただきました。
