いつもはJR京都伊勢丹で老舗弁当を購入しますが、今回は日程調整がついたので、事前予約の上、祇園の店舗で受け取ることになりました
店内は酢の香りが漂い、日本料理店を臭覚で感じ取ることができました
肝心の弁当ですが
完璧です
それぞれの食材が独立した味付けで、鴨ロースの柔らかさと味の染み具合、あなご巻き、だし巻き卵、里芋
どれをとっても、甘味、塩味、旨味、点でそれぞれの頂点を合わせています
普段は、酒と交互に食しますが、それぞれの味を記憶に残したく、アルコールを控えて食べることに徹しました
