京都府京都市、以前から各種メディアに出ていて気になっていたお弁当で有名なお店。
京都ですから、お弁当と言っても、格が違う！と言うことを今回は思い知りました。
それもそのはず、こちらのお店は天保初年開業でして、京都のお弁当の中ではランキング１位。
夏場ではお弁当はされていないとのことで、予約もかなり厳しく、以前お電話した際には、取りに行きたい時間帯での予約が叶わなかったこともありました。
今回は満を持しての注文で、一人用としては最高値である6,500円の折詰弁当の松をお願いしまして、取りに伺いました。
お弁当は華美ではないものの、気品を感じるビジュアルでして、目移りする構成となっています。
そして、一つ一つがお弁当のレベルではない丁寧な仕事…
時間が経過しても美味しい仕掛けがしてあり、弁当でありながら、ライブ感があるんです。
この食体験は初めてかもしれません。
ボリュームもしっかりとありまして、お腹いっぱいになるお弁当です。
上品すぎて、ビールではなく、日本酒と一緒にいただきたくなるお弁当でして、これは京都の底力を思い知りました。
京都の百貨店でも購入できるそうですが、今回購入した松は本店のみの取り扱いだそうで、良き体験でした。
京都は食に関しては、他地域の追随を許さないということを再確認できました。
