Full course with cheese. The foie gras sauce and other sauces are delicious and the bread is very tasty. The bread is also freshly baked and very tasty. And of course, the ingredients. The highlight is the smoked rainbow trout called kumagimasu. It has a very matured taste. The pie soup of hamo (conger eel) and matsutake mushrooms was also very aromatic and the hamo was delicious. The whole pie, which stuck to the cup, was easy to eat. Of course, the shrimp, guji, and meat were also delicious. The choice of cheese was fun. The goat was too strong, but you could compare and contrast very different kinds of cheeses. Not to be eccentric, but a legitimate creation.
