京都高台寺門前を上がったところにある「鍵善良房高台寺店」さんに伺いました。
四条通りにある本店は、あまりにも有名な和菓子屋さん。
こちらは、町家の落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
本店の様な行列もなく、ゆったりしたテーブル席に座り、くずきりを注文しました。
すぐに、緑色の蓋つきの器が運ばれてきました。
二段重ねで豪華です。
こちらのくずきりは、奈良県吉野のくず粉と水だけで作られています。
二段重ねの器の一つには、くずきりがたっぷり。
もう一つの器には黒蜜が入っています。
くずきりを一口たべてみると、コシがあって、もちもちしてとても美味しいです。
次に黒蜜をつけて食べました。
コクのある黒蜜は、沖縄の黒糖から作られているそうです。
この黒蜜がくずきりとよく合い、どんどん食べられます。
出来立てのくずきりは、透き通るようにきれいで、アッという間に完食しました。
氷で冷やされたくずきりは、夏にはぴったりの和スイーツです。
大満足です。お勧めのお店です。
