京都に伺った際に欠かせないお店の一つ。
4月上旬にもかかわらず、真夏日のように暑かったこの日。最高の葛切り日和！！ちょうど正午前あたりで店内ガラガラ。朝食を頂いたばかりでしたが、迷わず入店。
そして迷わず黒蜜の葛切りを注文。
しばらくして、カランコロンと氷の音を立てて運ばれてくる葛切りはなんともいえぬワクワク感。
蓋をあけてしばらく眺めてしまう美しさ。
箸を通して黒蜜につけたらチュルンッと！！
とても甘い黒蜜はスッキリとしていて、一度食べ出したらとまりません！！
だいたい毎回一気に食べ終わります笑
鍵善良房さんを思い出して、よそのお店で頂いても満たされることなく、残念な気持ちになります。
