高台寺エリアの人気の甘味処「鍵善良房」を訪問。
本店は祇園四条にある老舗の名店で
自分が京都で最も好きなお店の一つ。
こちらの高台寺店は結構よく休業していて
なかなか訪問できずにいたけど
今回ようやく念願の訪問。
ちなみにオープンは1983年。
本店が享保年間創業なのを考えると
まだまだ歴史は浅いけど
入れ替わりの激しい高台寺エリアで
40年も営業を続けているのはすごいこと。
○くずきり(¥1200)
やっぱり「鍵善」と言えばくずきり。
取り敢えず一本食べてみると
ちょっとぬるかった。
くずきりの桶の中には氷も入ってるから
ぐるぐるかき混ぜて冷やして
もう一度いただきます。
…これこれ！
もっちりとした弾力とちゅるりとした喉越し。
雑味のないクリアな味わい。
黒蜜もねっとり濃厚ながら
後味のすっきりした上品な甘さで
くずきりとの相性もいい。
2号店も間違いない美味しさだった！
