しゃぶしゃぶって普段はあまり食べに行かないのですが、発祥の地とあればそりゃ行きたくもなる。とのことで入ってみました。
『しゃぶしゃぶ定食 3,100円』を注文。
つゆはポン酢orゴマだれなのですが、せっかくなのでオプションで両方にしました。
お肉は黒毛和牛のサーロイン。いい感じにサシが入っています。
他には、白菜、ねぎ、椎茸、えのき、豆腐
豊富なラインナップで楽しいですね。
そして美味しい。
ポン酢もゴマだれも絶妙な味付けで、野菜にもお肉にもよく合います。
お肉はサーロインなのにクドくなく食べられます。
焼肉だと脂がのってると食べづらいけど、しゃぶしゃぶだとサラッと食べられますね。
お米も漬物もとても美味しくて余すことなく堪能しました。
他にもいろいろなメニューがあるので、また来たいと思います。
