［所感］
・牛肉の水炊き（しゃぶしゃぶ）発祥の店だが、気分はすき焼き。テーブルも広くゆったりと食事の時間を過ごせる。
・京都らしい甘めの割り下で国産牛の味を楽しむ。一人前150gの黒毛和牛リブロースは絶品。
・その他の具材は、ネギ、玉ねぎ、白菜、椎茸、えのき、糸こんにゃく。たまごは贅沢に2個付く。シメはごはんと京漬物。
