1000年の都と言われている京都の市内に店を構える「祇園サンボア」さんに伺いました。
食べログ バー 百名店 2022 選出店です。おめでとうございます。
1972年開店の老舗のバーです。
現在カウンターに立つのは、4代目の中川 瑞貴氏です。
中川さんは、東京などの有名バーで修業されています。
アクセスは、京阪本線 祇園四条駅より歩いて5分程です。
東大路通から路地を入った京都の風情を漂わせる所に店があります。
店内は、落ち着いた色合いのおしゃれな空間です。
長い木製のカウンターの奥には、ガラス越しに小さな庭が見えます。
バックヤードには、数多くのボトルが陳列されています。
本日いただいたカクテルです。
○金柑のカクテル
フレッシュな金柑にジンをベースとしたカクテルです。
口当たりの良くさっぱりとした味わいです。
京都に訪れた際には立ち寄りたくなるバーです。
