祇園四条駅より徒歩6〜8分の場所にあるBAR 祇園サンボア。
日本全国に店舗展開されている、評価の高い人気バー。2022年バー百名店に選出されています。
割といつ行っても席が空いており、気軽に入れるのも魅力の一つ。週末は15時からオープンされていて、お昼からお酒を楽しむこともできますね。
今回いただいたのは、ジンバック。定番のジンバックは、薄造りのグラスに氷をたっぷりと入れて、炭酸が爽やかな仕上がり。ほんのり香るライムの風味が印象的で、チャームのナッツも芳ばしくカクテルとの相性抜群でした！
