岡崎方面に出かけた後、甘い物が食べたくなり、何度か立ち寄っているお店です。
ここのケーキはたいへんシンプルで、気取っていない印象です。
全体的に卵が強く、しっかりとしたスポンジ感が有ります。シブーストなどはまさに卵焼きという感じのもの。
シンプルなものを普通においしくいただける点は好印象ですが、この店にこれを食べに行きたいと思わせるものが無く、あくまでも立ち寄る店でしかないのが残念です。
凝ったものでなくても良いので、独自の魅力を出してほしいものです。
