続いて今日のランチを「奥丹」でいただくことにします。
当然予約はしてありますが、門を入った受付では予約に関係なく、記帳を求められます。
待ちも同じです。
予約なので、すぐに案内されると思っていたから意外に感じました。
合理的ではありませんね・・・。
しばらくして庭の見える和室に案内されました。
５組ほどの相席です。
ここでも予約優先という感じはしませんでした。
「昔どうふ一通り」４，４００円に「自家製生ゆば」７０２円で合計５，１０２円（税込）になりました。
お豆腐は味のしっかりした重量感ある木綿としっとりした食感の絹がありますが、今回は木綿にしました。
お豆腐以外はコースの内容に変わりはありませんが、木綿の方が１，１００円高いです。
京都らしく全体的にお腹には軽めの内容でしたが、食を通じて京文化を体感できたような気がしました。
