京都アテンド。さば寿司を食べさせたかったんですが、あいにく満席。
新幹線の時間もあったので、近くでこちらにお伺いする事に。
スナックの居抜きのような物件。
きつきつで座って、すぐ満席になってました。
一口餃子って京都に似合うよね。あんまり口を大きく開けないイメージ。
実際はそんな事ないんやけど・・・。
メニューの種類は、焼餃子、しそ餃子、水餃子の３種類と漬物、ごはんしかない。いい感じ。
餃子に自信がある証拠。勇気いるけどね。
２０個づつ頼みましたが、全く足らなかったので追加しまくりました。
美味しいけど、特に表面の食感が残る訳でもないからパリッともしないので、ただ大きさが小さいくらいかな。
きゅうりの漬物がやけにあっさりして印象に残りました。
後、謎の酢味噌が全く餃子に合わなくって困った・・・。
ごちそうさまでした。
生ビールのサーバーのホース掃除した方がいいですよー。
