若かりし頃、今から数十年前に
時々お世話になっていた社長さんに良く連れて来て頂いたお店。
予約必須のお店です。
その頃は社長さんの裏メニュー的な物を食べさせて頂いてましたが今回はちゃんとメニューから。
フライ定食とビーフシチュー定食。
単品でヒレ肉の照り焼きを。
定食には最後にお茶漬けが付きます。
フライ定食はホワイトアスパラのスープ。
ビーフシチュー定食にはオニオンスープが。
スープはどちらも流石の一言。うまい。
ビーフシチューは途中女将さんがライスを一口分くれてシチューにいれなはれと。
これがまたうまい。
ちょっとした心遣いに来てよかったと。
照り焼きも焼き加減、味と絶妙です。
〆のお茶漬けも京漬物、ちりめん山椒など
京都らしい付け合わせです。
本当に来て良かったと感じた一時でした。
