鍵善良房のくずきり
京阪本線「祇園四条駅」から徒歩3分。
祇園にある江戸時代から続く老舗の和菓子店。
江戸の享保年間創業で長い歴史がつまったお店の外観は風情あふれ、
おばけの提灯が遊び心をくすぐっている。
店内に入ると、壁には絵画や掛け軸、
生け花が飾られており、期待を裏切りません。
鍵善良房と言えば
店には黒田さんの額に入れた河井さんの書「くづきり」を掲げているくらいに、
くずきりが有名である。
早速注文すると緑の器にて登場。
蓋をあけて頂くと、
気持ちのよい食感のくずきりがツルツルと滑らかに喉を通る。
またコシのあるしっかりとした食感が絶品で、
葛と蜜だけのシンプルな美味さは何とも言えません。
喉越し最高なだけに、特に暑い日にはお勧めしたい一品である。

アクセスは、京阪本線 祇園四条駅(7番出口)より歩いて3分程です。
阪急京都線 河原町駅からも徒歩圏内です。
八坂神社に続く市道に面しています。
臙脂色ののれんをくぐり店内にお邪魔します。
広々とした店内は、落ち着きのあるおしゃれな空間です。
窓際の席からは、手入れの行き届いている庭を望みながら京菓子をいただけます。
1726年創業の老舗店です。
本日味わったメニューです。
○くずきり 黒蜜
作りたてのくずきりです。
ひんやりと冷たいくずきりは、のど越しがよく弾力があります。
黒蜜は、沖縄の黒砂糖で上品な甘さとコクがあります。
また是非再訪したいと思います。
