■本わらびもちと本くずもちの合盛り
平日でも結構な行列でした。
並ぶ際はまず、店内に設置されているパネルから番号札を発券するシステムです。
席に案内いただくまで、20分ほど並びましたが、
席に案内され、注文してからは、びっくりするくらいのスピードでわらび餅が提供されました…！笑
本わらびもちは、
とろりんとしたテクスチャで和三盆のほのかな甘みが美味しい…。
本くずもちは、
もう少しかためのプルンとしたテクスチャで、抹茶のほろ苦風味と和三盆の甘みが美味しすぎる…(∩˘ω˘∩ )
中央と下部の氷のおかげで、食べるのがゆっくりでも最後まで冷たく清涼感ある食べ心地でよかったです。
緩めの粒あんは、まるでおぜんざいのような適度な水けがあり、そのまま食べても美味しかったです。
抹茶きなこも、抹茶の風味と優しい甘さで、そのまま食べても(以下略)
お行儀悪いのは承知の上で…
ついついやっちゃう、余ったきな粉と黒蜜の融合…笑
きな粉単体だとむせちゃうし、
黒蜜単体だと濃ゆすぎますが、
2つを合わせてねりねりすると、背徳感溢れる糖分のかたまりが錬成されます…適度にジャリっとしていて、一転ジャンキーな美味しさが味わえます笑
