カウンターに着席し飲み物を聞かれる。
おまかせコースのみなので、先付け、八寸、刺身、汁物、焼き物、煮物と料理が進む。
食べ終えたらカウンターにあげる。(これが次の料理に進む合図となるとのこと)
食事中も色々なお話を聞かせてもらえるのも嬉しい。
