京都日本料理の激戦区祇園にある老舗。
ミシュラン1星で、食べログブロンズ獲得店。
1ヶ月前にウェブサイトで予約して訪問しまた。
コース10000円ちょっとの安いコースですが、メニューが豊富で、
八寸自体は小さいだけど、使っている食材と品目が豪華でおいしい。
そしてかぶ丸ごと蒸した料理が初めて、繊細かつ上品なかぶで素晴らしい。
丁寧に仕上げた幽庵焼きもう最高においしく、これが京都祇園の日本料理を実感させたコース。
ごちそうさまでした！まだ機会があればぜひ再訪したい店。
