お江戸で鮨といえばモチロン江戸前鮨になるワケですが
京都で鮨といえば鯖の棒寿司が鉄板なのです
その鯖の棒寿司といえば「いづう」が有名ですが今回はソコからの枝分かれへ訪問です
人数がいるときはイロイロと食べられるのがイイねってコトでまずは冬限定の蒸し寿し
