年始のお参りと義母の３回忌に京都に行きました。母に頼まれていたお寿司を多めに色々買いました。店は今は持ち帰りだけになっているようでした。店は改装されて奥に入ったところにありました。陶器のタイルなのでしょうか、変わった趣があります。
ネットで予約しお参りを済ませた後に引き取りに行きました。

メインの鯖は立派な昆布で包まれており１２切れに切ってありました。
昆布をとって食すようでしたが、知らずに白板昆布のように食べちゃいました。
限定のぐじにはとろろ昆布が別添えで。こちらはあっさりと。
上箱寿司は、白身、とり貝、伊達巻、えび、干し椎茸、穴子などが乗っています。
稲荷は焼きネギと書いていましたが、風味はなく。
海そう巻きは、ひじきを少し甘めに炊いていて、初めての食感。
粟麩巻きは食感があって思ったよりも硬くてしっかりとしています。
全体的にすし飯がしっかり多くて、すっかりお腹いっぱいになります。
食べきれないので、残った半分を持ち帰り、翌朝に食べましたが、変わらぬ美味しさでした。
寿司ネタの魚は塩がしっかり効いていました。
