本店が近いのでたまに行くのですが、
HPを見てみると、各支店で差別化をはかっているのがわかり、
面白そうだったのでまずは先斗町店に行ってみました。
木屋町店と本店は「ええお肉をまあまあ安く食べられる焼肉屋さん」の印象ですが、先斗町店はそれよりはやや客層が落ち着いていて、ハラミも100円高かったり、本店や木屋町店にはない「天下無敵のヘレ」があったり、メニューも少し違うようでした。
一人あたりの価格は、高いメニューを頼むか頼まないかで、安ければ一人5000円以内で食べられるのではないかという良心的な価格設定ですが、今回私は「ええ肉を頼もう！」と少しだけ奮発したのでちょっと高くつきました。
一人2万とか5万とかする鉄板焼のステーキのお肉とは比べられませんが、私にとっては充分脂の甘味が感じられ、柔らかくて、とても満足できる味でした。
有機野菜サラダの野菜がゆで野菜だということがメニューに書いてあればよかったのですが（ゆでキャベツにドレッシング、の組み合わせが好きでない）、それ以外は讃岐のゆずシャーベットも抜群に美味かったし、とても満喫できました。
なにより印象に残ったのが、接客態度の気持ちよさです。
常連客でなくても外まで見送り、カウンターの中から積極的に話し掛けて、テーブル席の客には「肉のお味はいかがでしたか？」と声かけ。
バイトの女の子のたどたどしさも初々しく感じられるほどでした。
木屋町店や本店にはないすがすがしさがあったので、また利用したいと思いました。
