優しい~お味。お肉の茶碗蒸し初めて

焼肉屋でフォンダンショコラって珍しいなーと思い
お皿に丸いチョコレートケーキを温めたの…を想像してたら
ココットに入ったちゃんと焼いた
完全自家製なやつで
良い意味で期待を裏切られました。
妹と『こう、きたか~(^o^)』なんかゴメンナサイ
栗と柚子が効いていて前田珈琲の
アイスコーヒーに良く合い大満足です。
カウンターなので、少しお店の人や
料理長さんと、おしゃべりして
名刺を頂き、お見送りされてお店を後に
【弘】さんは、お弁当しか食べたことがなく
初訪問でしたが、斜め上をいく
お肉料理でした。お肉をいろいろ食べ方で
楽しめて、お値段の対価は申し分ないです。
今でも妹と、『すき焼きサーロイン美味しかったね~』と
思い出になりました。また食べたいから
頑張って働こう!なんて
活力をもらいました。
お店の方のホスピタリティーも良いので
京都のご褒美ディナーにオススメです。

This is my second time. I made an online reservation for the same course. So it's the same menu. Even though I know it's the same, the meat is delicious, so it reminds me of the same thing. It's like, "Yes! This is it!" The melting texture of the raw meat, the sweetness of the fat... it traces my memory. My sister, who accompanied me, said online last time that she doesn't like raw onions or green onions, and this time they remembered that and replaced the green onions in my sister's yukhoe with cucumbers, which was a nice touch. I don't like raw sea urchin, so I asked them to make a hand roll without sea Sushi. It's delicious, so it goes well with alcohol. The meat in the Chateaubriand sandwich is soft... If anything, the bread is harder lol I'm really full, but I can't help but eat the yakisuki and hot rice. For the finale, I had oxtail Ramen. If you're full, you can ask them to remove the noodles, so my sister, who was full, had oxtail soup. The black pepper is effective and you can eat it even if you're full. For dessert, we had a brulee pudding with a faint scent of jasmine tea. The head chef here is from Chinese Cuisine background, so perhaps there's a Chinese element to the dish? I chatted lightly with the staff at the counter, and although the portions were small, there was a wide variety, so by the time I left I was full. I definitely recommend going when you're starving. Above all, the meat was delicious, and the hospitality was also satisfying. Meat courses vary in price, but this one was neither too expensive nor too cheap. I went with a companion who doesn't drink alcohol, and it was about 23,000 yen for two people. By the way, it seems you can make reservations for just one person. There are also courses that cost less than 10,000 yen. As the restaurant is run by a butcher, you can be sure of the quality of the meat♪ Thank you for the meal.
