時々、わらび餅が無性に食べたくなります。
和菓子の中では、わらび餅、みたらし団子、
たい焼きが上位3つ。
ただ、わらび餅だけは店選びが難しい。
なんちゃってわらび餅がかなりの確率で
世に蔓延っています。
蕨粉の比率が少ないとあの独特なこしと香りが
なくなってしまいます。
文の助さんはその中では少し変わり種。
プルプルで柔らかいわらび餅。
これはこれで有りなんだな～
時々食べたくなります。
此方のお店、心太もおすすめ。
美味しく頂きました。
