京都にやって来ました。
この時期は高台寺では夜間拝観をやっています。
なんどか行ったことがありますが、ライトアップされたお庭や竹林はきれいなものです。
同じく圓徳院でも「百鬼夜行」ということで夜間特別拝観をやっています。
高台寺 羽柴さんは圓徳院の夜間特別拝観をやっている時には夕食をいただけます。
そして会計のときに圓徳院の夜間特別拝観に行きたいと伝えると圓徳院に連絡して拝観できます。
まずは夕食をいただきましょう。
事前に予約をお願いしています。
開店時刻にお店に着いて席に座ります。
窓からは八坂の塔を遠くに眺めることができます。
注文は私も家内も京ゆば膳です。
それにゆば鍋を付けました。
予約のときに「食べログを見た」と伝えると「自家製フレッシュ豆乳」をいただけます。
さっぱりした豆乳です。
そして湯葉料理が到着です。
二色生麩田楽、揚げ出し湯葉、汲み上げ湯葉、ゆばグラタン、白味噌汁、ゆば掛けご飯と並んでいなす。
湯葉ざんまいですね。
この中で名物はゆばグラタンだそうですが、チーズの酸味が面白い味でした。
ゆば掛けご飯はゆばの味と餡が美味しいです。
そして京都といえば白味噌汁ですね。
美味しい組み合わせです。
ゆば鍋は熱くて食べづらかったのですが、湯葉の味が美味しいです。
ダイレクトに湯葉の味を楽しめました。
さて、圓徳院の夜間拝観に向かいましょう。
会計の時に伝えると、その場で圓徳院に連絡していただけて、圓徳院の受付ではすぐに案内していただけました。
トイレは美術館と一緒で、お店の外にあります。
お店でコインをいただいて、ゲートを通ってトイレに行くようになっています。
インバウンド対策でしょうか。
美味しいゆばをいただけました。
