八坂神社と清水寺を結ぶねねの道の中間ぐらいにあります。
高台寺の紅葉ライトアップを見た後に気になっていた京湯葉専門店のこちらへ。
自家製の京の生湯葉を使用した京ゆば膳を注文しました。
メニューは

お味噌汁
となっており、京湯葉を堪能できる定食になっています。
一口に湯葉といっても湯葉には生湯葉と干し湯葉があり、生湯葉には引き揚げ湯葉と汲み上げ湯葉があるらしい。
そしてこちらのお店の湯葉は汲み上げ湯葉で、豆乳が固まる前のとろりとした状態のものを汲み上げたもの。
たしかにゆばってどこかパサパサしたイメージがありましたがトロトロで湯葉自身の味が濃くて美味しかったです。
京料理って薄味なイメージがありましたが、
お出汁が効いていてどれも美味しく頂きました。
特に湯葉かけご飯は絶品。
汲み上げ湯葉がトロトロの餡と相性抜群で生姜のアクセントも最高！
これ毎朝食べられるやつや…
伺ったのは平日でしたが19時ごろには満席になっていたので、並びたくない方は予約しておくのがおすすめです。
京料理堪能できて大変満足です。
また京都に伺う際には立ち寄りたいと思います！
