今度は入れました、良かった（ホッ）！
なぜ、このお店の評価が高くないのか不思議。
粉もんの多い京都で、粉もん好きでもある私は暇を見つけては鉄板焼やお好み焼き店へ。
住んでるのが京都の真ん中なので、結構な数のそういうお店に行ったけど、
ここのお好み焼きは毎日でも食べられる！
どう表現して良いのかわからないけど、特に”豚玉”は余計な水分がなくふっくら。
横から見ると弾むような高さがあり、「サクッ」でもなく「カリッ」でもなく
丁度良い擬音語が見つからないくらい、他のお店と違うんです。
何回も通ってはいるけど、未だにその秘密がわからへん。
ここのお店に入る以前から、店前を通っては気になっていましたが、
地下１階で入りづらい雰囲気があって中々入る勇気が持てないままでしたが、
「こんなお店の体やのに、さすが祇園激戦区で２０年近くご商売されてる。」
（ちょっとお店の方に失礼かもしれませんが、すんません。）
そんな実力派。
綺麗なお店で食事をされたい方には不向きかも知れないけど、
「鉄板焼き屋はこういう店構えが当たり前で、その方が美味しく感じるわ」
そういう方にオススメです。
お料理をしっかりされる店主なので、一品料理や鉄板焼などもお酒がすすみますよ。
どちらかと言えば３５歳以上の大人の社交場という感じで、
私はあんまり焼酎に興味がないけれど、幻の麦焼酎「兼八」があります。

実は今回来る前に数度お店には伺ったんですが、毎回いっぱいで入れなかったんです。
1月半ばにも外国人を連れてお店に向かった所、その時もいっぱいで入れなくて。
いつも予約を入れようか悩むのですが、時間が読めない事も多くて･･･。
今回は時間をずらして9時頃に、二組の外国人ご夫婦と一緒に。
明瞭会計で日本的な食事をしたい方ばかりだったので、迷わずこのお店へ。
お好み焼き初体験の方たちばかりなので、尚更でした。
まるで親しい親戚の家に遊びに行っている様な、ホッとする雰囲気がこのお店の特徴で、
旅疲れの方々でも癒されているのが私にもわかるので安心です。
お好み焼きの上でゆらりゆらりと”踊るカツオ節”にも驚きつつ、
テレビを観ながら会話をし、ゆっくりそれぞれのペースで食事を楽しんで。
そしてサプライズが！
ラッキーやったのはお客さんが他にいらっしゃらなくて、
ビートルズなどの曲を３曲ご主人が歌ってくれた事！
これには全員が感激したようで、一緒に歌ったりしながら楽しんでられました。
ホストとしても、やっぱり関わった人たちが喜んでくれる事ほど嬉しいことはないんですよね～。
ご主人、奥さんありがとうございます。また近いうちに伺います！
みんな「てなもんやが、一番心に残る思い出よ！」と絶賛でした。
