京都の地野菜をつかったビーツのエッセンス美味しいかったぁぁ
ワインがすすみます。
一品一品丁寧に作られた料理を店主から素材や料理の説明を聞きながら頂きます。
塩加減も辛すぎず良い加減。
前菜の柚子と酢橘のコッペ蟹 キャビア添えの組み合わせは感動しました。
いとうさんの料理はワインがとまらないです！
デザートもとても美味しかった。
店主さんも喋りだすととても気さくで楽しい方、料理の話になるととても真面目です。
美味しいだけではない楽しい時間でもありました。
