元旦のディナーは前から気になっていた
ご近所のこちらに伺いました。
知恩院さんから程近く、注意していないと
通り過ぎてしまいそうなお店構え（笑）
中に入ると雑然とした雰囲気で所狭しとコの字型の10席程度のカウンターがあります。
開店して18年、サービスもソムリエもいないシェフのいとうさんが一人で切り盛りするお店。
正統派フレンチを軸としたワインと食材、野菜に特化したレストランの印象をもちました。
ワイン通のお客さんが多いようでフルボトルをオーダーし、ゆったりと食事をしながら
ワインの変化を楽しむのがコチラのスタイルのようです。
ただこの日は私たちを含め全員一見のお客でグラスワインのオーダーで
常連さんよりもかなり食べるペースが早かったようで･･･
いとうさんは「こんなに早くていいんですか？？？｣と何回も聞かれていて
いつもと違うペースに困惑されていたようでした。

野菜は地野菜で約30種、全てにひと手間加えたこだわりのお皿。
セロリ、ビーツの野菜ソースで野菜を頂きます。
古代米は酸味のきいたお味で味わったことのない変化球。
好みが分かれるお味かと思いました。
白甘鯛、鴨は王道の美味しさでしたが、
唯一残念だったのが温料理のお皿が全て冷たかったこと。
お一人でされているのでなかなか難しいのは理解できるのですが
もったいないなと思ってしましました。
