京都の老舗は凄い
清浄歓喜団は遣唐使まで遡る
1個648円が高いか安いか
もはや価値観の違いで自己判断するしかないです
味は餡にお香を練りこんだ味と言えば想像がつくだろうか
いにしえの菓子なのでまずいものと先入観があったが、以外にもお香と餡が上品な京都の菓子として成立している
むしろ、お香的食材を使った商品の可能性は大だと思わせる
個人的には期待以上の好きな味
ただし、綺麗に食べるにはどのようにして食してよいかわからなかった
ほかには
秋の訪れ…村雨と栗入り羊羹の彩が綺麗、上品な甘さ
栗くり…栗餡の桃山製栗菓子は想像どおりのお味、濃茶が合う
月影…黒砂糖のコクとクルミが力強い風味
歴史を守りつつ、新たな商品も充実している由緒あるお店なので評価するにはおこがましいです
