妻と二人で比叡山延暦寺へお参り。
寺内のお土産屋さんで美味しそうな
和風ビスケットを見つけたので購入。
【まとめ】
京びすけ 和蘭 1080円
大きさ35mm程度、厚さ3mmの
香りに乏しい六角形ビスケットが九枚。
結構固めの食感のビスケットで
雑穀フレークを押し固めたような感じ。
小麦の甘さとは別に小豆の仄かな甘味。
流石和菓子屋製、スッキリとした甘さ。
結構美味い。個人的には好き。
日持ちは一ヶ月弱。
