こだわりありのラーメン店とお見受けした
集合ビル
黄色い看板を目印に階段降りて直ぐ『さだかず』さんはありました到着時間は22:30
うまい具合に先客が店から出て入れ替わるタイミングでノート？に名前を記し
次のターン先頭で待つことに
待ち客のための丸椅子が嬉しい
店内の様子探りを入れると
カウンターたった4席のみ
そりゃ待たされる筈
時間どれくらいかかるのか…
全く読めず思いを巡らすこと暫し
案外回転早く着席となり
ラーメン並900円注文
席からは
清潔感有る厨房が見渡せる
それはまるで心躍る小劇場
たったひとりの店員の
無駄を排した身のこなしが魅了する
ゆっくり楽しんでいる余裕も無く
ラーメンが提供されてしまった
呑んだ後の胃袋に丁度いい塩梅に納まる
醤油豚骨に刻み葱一味を振り掛け
