こちらのお店には、毎年お正月のランチにお邪魔します。
20年以上続く我が家の習慣です。
当時は元旦から営業しているお店は珍しく、
元旦から営業していることがあまり知られていませんでしたが、
今は長蛇の列が出来るので必ず予約をしてから来店することにしています。
今まではお正月期間でもメニューが限定されることはありませんでしたが、
今年は人手不足からかコースの種類もかなり限定されていたので、
アラカルトで注文をいたしました。
■蟹肉入りとうもろこしスープ
■海老蒸し餃子
■春捲
■牛肉の味噌炒め クレープ包み
■カニ玉
■大海老と春雨の土鍋炒め
こちらのお店の味付けは、優しく甘めのお味なので安心して注文できます。
土鍋炒めに入っている大海老はジューシーで食べ応えがあります。
クレープ包みもお手軽価格で楽しめるので、こちらは毎回いただくお料理です。
春捲や飲茶は、人数に合わせて個数を調整できるのも有難いサービスです。
カニ玉は、あんを「塩味・甘酢・プレーン」から選べます→今回は甘酢をいただきました。
年末年始の人手不足の中、テンポよく提供されるお料理には感謝です！
