本日は幸運なことの隠れ家レストランの「料理 川口」さんに伺いました。
The Tabelog Award 2019、2018、2017 Bronze 受賞店です。
川口さんは、予約、問い合わせは、非公開です。
一見さんお断りの完全紹介制のお店です。
控えめに街灯のような看板がありますが、のれんはありません。
格子戸を開けて店内に入ります。
木製のカウンター６席のシンプルな空間です。

食事に専念致します。
本日頂いたメニューです。
〇こっぺ蟹と淡路の雲丹、こっぺ蟹の外子ともずく
〇蝦夷鮑と間人の黒鮑とエビ芋
〇アオリイカと北海道のブリお造り
アオリイカは、弾力があり甘く、ぶりは、脂が乗っています。
〇こっぺ蟹の外子、内子の真丈と京都ほかぶのお椀
〇間人の蟹1.2キロの脚の炭火焼き
大振りの蟹の脚は、身がぎゅっと詰まっていて甘く、濃厚な味わいです。
〇淡路島のクエと肝
ぷりぷりとしたクエは、脂が乗っていて肝とのコラボは最高の逸品です。
〇間人蟹の胴体と蟹味噌と酢飯のご飯
間人蟹は、最高の味わいで悶絶でした。
久しぶりに美味しい蟹に出会いました。
〇淡路島のオコゼと銀杏と蕪のすり流し
〇うなぎご飯
臭みもなく、美味しく味わいました。

土鍋で炊かれた熱々のごはんは、程よい粘りと甘味があり、じゃことの相性が最高です。
一軒さんお断り、写真NGと聞いていたので、難しい大将かと想像していましたが、実に気さくで楽しい大将でした。
また最高の逸品をいただきに是非再訪致します。
