京都の友人に誘われてオススメのお店に連れてきてもらいました。
肉気分だということでこのお店に。
ジビエが味わえるイタリアンとのこと。
メニューを見ると熟成肉もあり、蝦夷鹿もあり、
子羊もあり。日によってはロバの肉もあるとのこと。
今日はオススメの子羊を頂くことに。
まずは前菜の盛り合せ。
肉が多数。
でもどれがどれかわからない。
でもどれもこれもうまい。
濃い味のビールを頂いたあとにワインを頂く。
カベルネ系の赤ワインに合う。
子羊の盛り合せ。
3種の部位があるのですが、どれもこれも火入れが抜群。
海老のクリームパスタ。
これ面白い味なんです。
味わうとラーメンっぽい。でもラーメンじゃない。
聞くと製麺所に作ってもらいかん水は入っていないのでラーメンっぽい
とのこと。確かに食感がそれでパスタっぽい。
でもコシがあるのでかなりの美味しさ。
