三条河原町からほど近い場所にある 日知庵さんへ。
日本酒がお詳しい色々な方からおススメされておりましたが、やっとこさ初訪問となりました。
元バーテンダーというマスターはとても雰囲気のある方です。
もちろん沢山の蔵元と顔見知りで、70箇所ほどやりとりされているとのことでした。
まずは京都は伏見の英勲（やどりぎ）。何らかの限定瓶のようです。
英勲の中では ”やどりぎ” が一番好きなんです。注文した鶏のたたきをつまみながら頂きました。
2杯目はマスターに吟醸香のある柔らかいおススメのお酒を出していただきました。
月の桂酒造の”酔香（すいこう）”。
こちらも吟醸香豊かな味わい。味の奥行も十分。初めていただきましたが美味しかったです。
有名銘柄はもちろん、隠し酒も沢山ありました。
日本酒の初心者の方でもマスターと相談しながら注文できるのが安心ですよ(*^ー^*)
店内は常連さんたちで賑わっていましたが、初訪問でも ”ウク” ことはないと思います。
