ランチタイムにお邪魔してオムライスをいただきました。
早い時間だったのか、先客が誰もいなくドギマギしてしまいました。
物腰の柔らかい店主、静かに流れるクラッシック。
とても落ち着く空間です。
オムライスは昔ながらのというか正統なオムライスというのでしょうか。
ご飯の味付けはサッパリと、玉子はトロトロではありませんが、シワひとつなくツルッと滑らかです。
くどくなく脂っこさもない。
食後のコーヒーはホンジュラスでした。
コーヒーにあまり詳しくありませんが、とても濃く渋みがあって飲みやすかったです。
ゆっくりくつろいで来ましたが、次回はモーニングを食べてみたいです。
