土地の個性が色濃く出た小規模農園や限定された地域のコーヒー豆を使用するこだわりのお店。 |
京都出張のついでに後泊させてもらい、久々の京都ひとり時間。
今回はあまり、時間がとれず午前中だけの滞在となる。
モーニングをどこにしようかすごく迷いに迷って今回はこちらに決定。
お店の雰囲気というのは、店主により作られる。
その空気に客がマージされて完成されていくとおもう。
ここの店主は、落ち着いていて、静かに動じない方のよう。私も乱さないようにマージされていく。
モーニングはあっさりめと濃いめが選択でき、わたしは迷いなく濃いめをチョイス。
そうこうしているうちにお客さんはちょっとずつ入店し、どんどんこのお店の空気を作り上げていく。
コーヒー、スッゴク美味しく自分好みだったので、マメをテイクアウトすることに。
分厚いトーストとも相性バッチリです。
それから、嬉しかったのは茹で玉子が温かかったこと。こういうとこも、茶道の考え方に似ている。
最後に、茶道的ご主人のお点前は無駄がなく、スプーンとかフォークとかまっすぐ揃えていくあたりがすばらしいなと感じた。
