京都に抹茶ベースのお菓子・お土産
数あれど
やっぱり外せないのが茶の華
これ好きです
サクッとしたクッキー生地と
サンドされたクリーム
そして抹茶風味のバランスがとてもいい
今回
ショコラも食べてみた
こちら抹茶風味がかなり濃厚
冷やして食べるといいと聞いたので
冷蔵庫で冷やしてから食す
すると冷たくて口触りいいが
やや硬くて
口の中で溶け出すまでに
少々時間を要す
1番美味しく食べるには
冷蔵庫からだして
しばらく置いてからがいいのか？
ちょっと食べ頃が難しいお菓子
修学旅行で行った清水寺
大人になっていくと
またずいぶん印象が違うもんですね
京都って素晴らしい
