祇園四条駅から歩いて8分くらいの場所にあるこちらのお店。
上司のおすすめのお店で以前から気になっていましたがようやく訪問できました。
初回の訪問時はネットから問い合わせる必要があります。
スペイン各地を回られ炭火焼をメインにされている中々斬新な割烹になります。

かなり充実したコースに仕上がっています。
焼き物は好きなものを2つ選ぶことができたので2つずつ4つオーダーしシェアしました。
どれも美味しかったですがマグロの鉄火巻と紫ウニが好みでした。
焼き物はぐじ、のどぐろ、きんき、すっぽんをオーダー。
それぞれ丁寧に焼かれとても美味しかったです。
日本酒と合う料理が続き楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。機会があれば再訪したい。
